Remfry Protective designs and sells premium cricket protective equipment, including but not limited to custom thigh pads, custom chest guards and custom arm guards.
We make every effort to display accurate product images, descriptions, and specifications. Colours and materials may vary slightly due to manufacturing differences or display settings.

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.

Cricket is a sport that carries inherent risks of injury.
While Remfry Protective products are designed to offer premium protection, no product can guarantee complete injury prevention. Always use equipment responsibly and in accordance with safety recommendations.

3. Orders and Payments

Orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if:

• The product is out of stock,

• Payment cannot be processed, or

• There is an error in pricing or product information.

Payments are accepted via secure methods including direct bank transfers, credit/debit card via Square and PayPal.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver Australia-wide and to selected international destinations using Australia Post.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.
Remfry Protective is not responsible for delivery delays beyond our control. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking details via email from Australia Post.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer the following store policy:

• Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for exchange or refund, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

• In regard to sizing, if you feel that your pads are not a good fit, we are happy to exchange them for a new set. We can use the pads you first receive for reference of size to then make and send you new pads.

6. Warranty

All Remfry Protective products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. If you believe a product is defective, please contact us within a reasonable time with details and photos of the issue.

To the extent permitted by law, Remfry Protective will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our website or products.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights or remedies you have under Australian Consumer Law.
