I work fulltime as a PE teacher and have a young family, so you'll most likely need to a leave a message if calling and I will get back to you as soon as possible. Please consider any time difference between your location and South Australia (GMT+10:30). If texting or calling from outside of Australia, WhatsApp is preferred to minimise costs.

To order manually, please include the following:

• name and location 

• required pad(s) & sizes (or your height)

• colour choice of towel, leather, strapping, binding (fabric around the edge) and signature colours

• LH or RH batter

• preferred method for payment (Bank transfer or PayPal/card payment)

• phone number to add to shipping label and for tracking updates sent to Australian mobile numbers

 

Once we receive your order and then completed payment, we ​strive to have your pad(s) made and sent within three business days.

 

You will receive email tracking updates from Australia Post once the parcel is on the way (check your junk/spam folder if you don't receive these). If you are located outside of Australia, you can also use the tracking number through your local postal service tracking.  e.g.U.K - Royal Mail, New Zealand - NZ Post, USA - USPS. This might provide more detailed updates once the parcel has landed in the destination country.

   2.  Express Parcel Post (1-2 days) with Sign on Delivery within Australia or New Zealand - $15 for order up to $100 in value, $20 for orders ranging from $100-$300 dollars in value and Free for orders greater than $300

   3. Standard Parcel Post Outside of Australia/NZ (1-3 weeks) - $20 for orders up to $100 in value, $35 orders ranging from  $100-$350 in value and free orders greater than $350 in value​​
